Coaching Objectives
In the first session, we co created an action plan to track progress. We will
create clear goals outlining the key results with what success would look like.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Each session will be personalised as per the need of the Coachee. The coach uses the coaching objectives as a guide for the entire coaching engagement. The Coachee is encouraged to bring current challenge to each session to review progress.
On-Demand Coaching
Should there be a need for a check-in consultation outside of the coaching session, then the coach will be available for a 15-20 minutes mutually arranged consultation call.
Tailored Coaching Objectives
We co-create the coaching program based on the coachee’s personal
development goals and the management skills they feel confident about. An action plan will be developed to track progress. We will create clear
goals outlining the key results with what success would look like.

The first session is for 60 minutes at the start of the month and a 30 minute check in mid-month.
